Very good I baked it at 375 and it made 30 muffins plus 8 minis
I added more cinnamon and nutmeg used raisins but would add nuts as well

Tasty and hearty, not overly sweet. But baking for 20 minutes at 400 degrees left them overdone. For the second batch I turned the oven down a bit and baked for 17 minutes, and they looked much better.

This is a great breakfast muffin, not too sweet. My household is pretty pleased to have a batch for breakfast. 😋 I made some mini muffins too, which are more like muffin bites. They're also delicious little bites of goodness. I added chopped pecans, these would be good with dried fruit as well.
