- 2/3 cup dried tropical fruit (chopped, I used mango, papaya, pineapple, and coconut flakes)
- 3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (use margarine or butter if you don’t want coconut flavored creme)
- 1 Tbsp. milk (choice)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut (optional)
