I had to add an egg and 1/4 c. non-dairy milk substitute to make the recipe work. It was completely crumbly without. Otherwise, this recipe makes a delicious hamanstaschen. Next time I'd use 3 Tbsp. non-dairy milk. Or I'd try 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed and 1/4 c. non-dairy milk to eliminate the egg.
