    I’m diabetic so I made some changes. I used finely ground almond flour instead of wheat and swerve brown sugar. I also added xantham gum, chia and sunflower seeds. Came out better than expected. Very happy 👍

    So yummy! These are a family favourite. I find they need a splash more milk than called for, but I have made them many times

    If you are using the small muffin pan only bake them for 12-13 min
