I really enjoyed these. But I made some modifications because I didn’t have all the ingredients: I used 1 Tbsp whipped cream cheese, 1 added 1 tsp salt and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Yum!

I have been looking for a protein pancake recipe that doesn't fall apart or stick to the pan. Or taste just like a flatten hot banana. You know, the unrealistic 3 ingredient banana pancake. These are F**KING delicious! I half the recipe cause I just make them for myself and I half the cottage cheese with plain Greek yogurt. With 2 strips of bacon it ends up being just above 500 calories (I use regular maple syrup) and perfect balance of nutrition in my Lifesum app! Very satisfying!

My favorite pancake recipe! Did not make any changes. My whole family loves them! I like natural peanut butter and E.D. Smith Peach Mango Orange more fruit from Costco on them. Only 6g of sugar from the more fruit spread.
