I turned this into apple cinnamon oatmeal pancakes by adding a very large peeled, shredded honey crisp apple, halving the milk, doubling the cinnamon, and swapping the sugar for brown sugar. It made 4 very thick 1/2 c pancakes. They’re good! Probably even more cinnamon next time.

The pancakes turned out delicious!! It taste great with a cinnamon flavor. It's better than harvest grain pancakes. Another great way to eat oatmeal!

The oatmeal pancakes turn out great!I,ll would have the pancakes more often!And everyday!great recipes

Delicious. I kept the oats whole, so I had to add a little more flour. I used almond extract instead of vanilla. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on each pancake while the first side was cooking.
