I was a little worried at first if these were going to be good. The first one I made I followed the recipe, I was concerned there wasn’t enough liquid to cook the oats, but they cooked all the way through. The second one I made I added about 1 tablespoon of milk, I think it’s better. I like this recipe. The flavour is yummy, it’s a nice alternative if you want to include oatmeal in your diet and do not like porridge. I had mine with peanut butter, and banana

The consistency was perfect. I used 2 eggs and 2 cups of oatmeal and it was enough for 3 (small) pancakes
