    This recipe is so easy and the pancake was delicious. The texture is a bit denser, not as fluffy as a pancake but I didnt mind it at all coz it tasted really good. I like to eat it with fruits and drizzle of honey instead of cottage cheese. I would suggest to add more oats or use less eggs because too much eggs made it tasted more like an omelette instead of pancake. Definitely gonna try this recipe again. 💕
