Great tasting muffin. I made as directed. They were moist and the dates added a bit of sweetness to the muffin. Will be making these again.

These were so good! I followed the recipe to the letter. My muffins were done in far less time than what was directed, so keep an eye on them!

I used macadamia nuts instead of walnuts and unsweetened apple sauce in lieu of butter. Excellent flavor and moistness.
