- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 2/3 cup dates (chopped)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries (I used unsweetened, but I'm sure sweetened would be fine too)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
