This recipe is so tasty. I cut most of the ingredients by half but kept the one egg. It turned out absolutely amazing and I ended up eating all 6 muffins in one sitting. It tastes like a gooey morning oatmeal treat. I did add some nutmeg, chia seeds and vanilla essence. Great recipe!!!
