Just how I like a cookie; chewy in the center and a little crunchy on the outside. Love the coconut-pecan combo

Great. Added some choc chips and used wholegrain spelt flour. Turned out like granola cookies!

These cookies are not super sweet, which for my husband's taste, is a good thing. Personally, I would like some chips of some sort in there. They had a nice texture too.
