- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs (flax, 2 tablespoons flax meal + 6 tablespoons water - whisk them together and let sit for 5 minutes to gel)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- flaky sea salt (to sprinkle on top, optional)
