Best Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies. I substituted GF flour for the ground oats. Next time I will double the recipe!

I have made this several times. Very yummy! For extra softness, add a package of gluten free pudding powder. This recipe also makes wonderful cinnamon raisin oatmeal cookies!
