Absolutely wonderful bread! Everything it was supposed to do, it did perfectly. I've made plenty of loaves and this has to be the most favorite of all of them.

This is the best bread recipe ever. It turned out great and the dough was ridiculously easy to work with. I doubled the recipe and used 4 cups all- purpose and 2 cups whole wheat. This is Definitely a winner that I will use again. Thanks so much.!

This bread is so yummy! This was my first time making a homemade bread. I think I added too much flour, the bread is super dense. But I will be trying it again!!

Just made a load using spent grains from one of the beers I’ve brewed, and it turned out amazing! - If you end up doing the same, only use 1/4-1/2 cup of drained & emulsified grains! - The Archaic Brewer -

Excellent. I have made it many times in my bread machine. Add 3/4 cup chopped walnuts and 3/4 cup raisins during the Add cycle. It makes great toast and is great for diets that can't tolerate milk or eggs. I use olive oil for the oil.
