Not not sure what I did wrong, but I tried to follow the recipe exactly, and the batter was extremely thick, so I added about half a cup more liquid. Our waffles turned out crispy on the outside and gummy on the inside! Total flop. We used a Vitamix and set the timer for exactly three minutes.

Very tasty, turns out great and crunchy.
I used cooking coconut milk which is great if you like coconut. I guess for less empowering coconut use regular coconut milk

I cooked them on a Swedish waffle iron, so I had to add extra milk, to get the batter in the right consistency. I used Oatly

Delicious! I used unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened applesauce instead of oil, and ground flax meal. Husband and I really enjoyed but our daughter wasn't excited. I will still make these anyway.

Yummy! I love this waffle! I used honey instead of maple syrup and added nutmeg. I simply love this! Next time i will add banana to replace the honey/maple syrup and see how it turns out... 🤗. Thank you now i can eat as much waffles as i want

Very nice way to make a healthier waffle. Made mine too thin and was a little hard to to extract- will keep in the rotation.

I really like this recipe. I was wanting something that didn’t use any egg or flour so this was perfect for what I was wanting.

Very yummy. Three of us finished the waffles quickly. Will double the recipe next time. Added some dried cranberry early in the blender, and some chopped pecan towards the end of blending — nutty and lightly sweet.
