    I just added a little brown sugar and a few dairy free chocolate chips and tweaked the flour ratio. Turned out very yummy.

    Call me crazy, but it says to stir in all the oatmeal, not set aside 1/2 cup for the topping so the mixture was much to dry and I had to add extra oil and egg

    Amazingly delicious. Doubled the recipe used half of the oil and add 1 cup applesauce. Also added 1/2 cup more flour, used half pure cane sugar and brown sugar. Added 2 Tbsp of flour to the topping.

    I made a few adjustments and I'm super happy with the results! I added 1/3 cup honey instead of the sugar, omitted the nutmeg (none in the pantry!), added 1/2 a cup of frozen mixed berries as I only had 2 bananas and used self raising flour instead of plain flour+baking powder/soda and used coconut oil as my oil of choice. These are on the list to make again! :) yum!

    Love this recipe! But I add one more egg to make it more moist! It does the trick! I love the crumb topping- give it a fancy look and taste.
