- 1 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt (I have used Danon Oikos vanilla and banana cream 5.3 oz container, also tried Chobani but didn't like it as much as the Oikos)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 bananas (ripe, I have used 1 1/2)

I added nuts to the recipe. I used an excellent quality yogurt, Ziggits; which is very creamy and thick. Next time I might decrease the bananas.
They are delicious and I like the no flour aspect.
Will definitely use again.

Tasty muffins with a good banana flavoring. I might reduce the sugar next time.
