you couldnt tell there was no added fat! wonderful recipe. i used cooked oatmeal eftover from breakfast - worked just as well.

These muffins are so delicious! I made mini ones, which are a tasty and nutritious snack.

They were very tasty, I’ll definitely make them again! I did have to leave them in an extra 10 minutes to ensure that it was cooked fully through, 18-20 minutes was not enough. Enjoy :)

These turned out great! I followed the recipe as instructed and was pleased with the results. Very moist and not overly sweet - great for breakfast on-the-go. It seems like a good recipe to build off of and add or substitute other things like raisins or other dried fruits and/or nuts. I'll definitely make these again!
