- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (vanilla, or greek yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, & some more for the skillet/griddle/pan)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup cashew milk (unsweetened)
- 1 egg (or flaxseed egg*, I buy free-run or pasture-raised eggs)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use dairy-free)
