5 stars for being such an easy simple recipe with a great outcome. I ran out of oat flour, so I used 80g oat flour, and 55g chickpea flour. I also added an extra tbsp brown sugar as other reviews said it wasn't sweet enough. This looks like it's going to be my go to recipe for leftover bananas. A cinch to make and flew off the plate.

Turned out great although made some variations. I used a combo of whole wheat and wheat flour. Unfortunately, I put in 1 TBSP of baking soda instead of 1 teaspoon so I tripled my ingredients, (3 teaspoons/1 TBP. Thank God didn’t have to waste my ingredients. Also added raisins/cranberries instead of coconut sugar.

A thin loaf as pictured. Used real eggs. Throw in a handful of dark chocolate chips and a sprinkle of chopped pecans on top. Yummy!
