- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2/3 cup honey (coconut nectar, maple or another sweetener)
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 4 Tbsp. orange zest (2 for the curd, 2 for garnish on the bars, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
