Despite following the recipe and the tips exactly, my result was not edible. There was a very bitter note throughout the dish. I watched the garlic like a hawk, so it wasn't that. Maybe I used the wrong kind of oregano? The chicken and rice did cook perfectly, the flavor was the only problem.
