- 300 grams mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, etc)
- 50 grams seeds (mixed, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, sesame, etc)
- 2 onions (medium, roughly chopped)
- 2 carrots (roughly chopped)
- 1 green pepper (roughly chopped)
- 1 bulb roasted garlic (OR 3 cloves raw garlic)
- 30 grams parsley (bunch)
- 250 grams mushrooms (chestnut or portabella are great)
- 100 grams sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 handful dried porcini mushrooms (soaked in boiling water, optional)
- 50 grams chia seeds (soaked in 175 ml, 3/4 cup water)
- 3 sprigs rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt (optional)
- 150 grams flour (spelt, buckwheat, rye, etc)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil (your choice - rapeseed, coconut, etc)

- 3 Tbsp. cashew butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
