- 1 pinch salt (& pepper)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 cucumber (small, sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (pumpkin seed)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten free, organic, soaked)
- 1/4 cup flax seeds (ground, organic)
- 2 apples (I prefer organic, local, McIntosh)
- 2 bananas (sliced long-wide)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (unsulfured)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. cane sugar (or coconut sugar organic)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Tbsp. rice (cooked cold, your choice)
- 1/3 cup papaya (cubed)
- 1 persimmon (cubed)
- 1 tsp. maca powder (optional)
- 7 almonds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
- 1 lemon wedge (the juice for tanginess)
