    The first time I tried crepes was at ihop, their banana nutella recipe. Well, this Homemade crepes recipe puts it to great shame. I used strawberries and bananas. Crepes are easy to make and very versatile. The only thing I changed was adding more flour, about a half cup more than it calls for, just to make the batter a little thicker. My crepes were thick, delicious and filling. You can eat this for any meal of the day. Wonderful recipe. Fun to make and decorate. I would make this again and I'm not planning on "yumming" any other recipe. OH! I didn't wait for the batter to set for a whole hour, mire like 30 minutes. I couldn't wait to make them and they turned out Fabulous. I wish I could post some of my pictures in this review because these crepes are extremely photogenic 😊❤️✌🏻

    Whoa. These were great! I also made another type of filling used frozen mixed fruit (rinsed the frozen fruit with some water till the surrounding ice melted, then threw them in a nutribullet with just a tiny bit of fat free milk). They were great! Make sure you plan for throwing out the first 2-3 crepes because they can def be hard to make. Topped both my crepes with whipped cream and fresh strawberries!
