These tasted sooo good! Almost like Ferrero Rocher! They were very hard to mold though because they were very crumbly. I used maple syrup instead of honey so that might be why? The mix got crumblier and crumblier as I made them, so I added water 1/4 tsp's at a time and it helped a lot. I used a 2 tsp scoop and got 28! (probably would have gotten 29 if I didn't eat bits as I went along). I think they are a good size how I made them, but I guess I could have made them bigger (considering the recipe says 10). Would make again!

So I made this for a quick, easy and tasty energy source. I got my dad to try it, he can’t stop eating when we ran out he asked when we could make more. My response was when you buy my more Nutella. The next day when he came home from work he set down a container of Nutella 😂. We love this.

these are very good. a little too crumbly compared to others I've made. I might add a little more Nutella or honey or cut back on the oats a tiny bit next time. yum. The recipe made about 10 1-inch balls for me.
