    Great! Add a mixed mesclun salad too and loved the combi of sweet from the tomatoes, refreshing from the cucumbers and creamy from the avocado's. Did not know a simple dressing could work so well!

    Simple but delicious! I've done this a few times now since bookmarking it. It's also nice to add a little feta on top!
