- 1/4 cup green onion (thinly diagonally sliced, or thinly sliced sweet onion, or more)

- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (optional, for tossing with avocado)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (good-quality, I used Fini)

I tried this for a school project last year, and my high school FCS teacher absolutely loved the way it turned out! Even if you find it on Pinterest, DO NOT skip it! IT IS SUPER GOOD!!! :)

Simple but delicious! I've done this a few times now since bookmarking it. It's also nice to add a little feta on top!
