Lovely flavour & texture. Really like the idea of raisin "puree" & also used prunes as I didn't have enough raisins for that step. Then I used dried cranberries for the final step (same reason). Also prefer that unprocessed bran is used rather than bran cereal. I've made several times & my granddaughter loves them too--so they ARE Grandma's bran muffins:).

It was so tasty and moist! If you’re looking for a quick recipe, this isn’t it. But it is definitely a yummy one! My kiddos really like the muffins as did I.
