- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (+ 5 Tbsps fresh water)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 12 oz. cream cheese (organic, softened at room temperature, That’s 1 1/2 packs!)
- 1/2 cup pure cane sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour (organic, I use Bob’s Red Mills)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. low fat sour cream
- 2 tsp. juice (a lemon)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
