super yummy and easy to make! i used soy milk instead of dairy milk with no problems. the texture is really nice-- like rice pudding. im thinking of making some cinnamon apples to go on top too.

This is the bomb! I made it with jasmati rice as well as raisins and almond milk, and it still came out good! Thanks for the recipe!
