- 750 grams egg noodle
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 7 cups light coconut milk (3 ½ cups coconut milk + 3 ½ cups water)
- 2 cups oil (for frying noodle)
- 10 cups water (for boiling noodle)
- 2 dried chilli (Large, sliced and roasted)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 cup shallot (Sliced, roasted)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (sliced and roasted)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander (roasted and crushed)
- 2 cups oil
- 2 dried chilli
