- 750 grams meat (chicken, beef or lamb - chopped)
- 1 cup tomatoes (tinned)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. cumin seed
- 1 tsp. cardamom pods
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 clove
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. cumin (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (optional)
- 2 tsp. salt (definitely alter this to your taste)
- 2 tsp. garam masala
- 2 potatoes (peeled)
