- 375 mL tomato passata
- 500 mL chicken stock (weak)
- 400 grams chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 50 grams apricots (Turkish, roughly chopped)

- 1 handful fresh coriander (or flat leaf parsley, roughly torn)

Really nice tagine dish, with alterations. We had Harissa spice instead of the paste and used 2 teaspoons which was plenty, added a tablespoon of ginger paste, big handful of sultanas, almond flakes and a tablespoon of honey. Was just lacking a bit before. Used a strong stock with a lamb and chicken cube. Would definitely make again though
