They turned out delicious! I used a variation of spices(sazon) and cooked them a little longer. The meat fell off the bones and the nopalitos were an awesome compliment. Dinner was costillitas con nopales en chile rojo, sopa de arroz and frijoles de olla. Positive compliments all around.😋
