Description

One can be quite versatile when it comes to using noodles, you can stir-fry, deep fry, pan fry and so on. This recipe is spicy and light sweet, Hoisin sauce has that sweetness in it, I have used pan fried Tofu, Baby Bok Choy and Mushrooms which gives this noodle dish a very unique flavor. When buying noodles be careful to buy a little thick ones which is not sticky so that you get the best stir-fry results when making them. I found these Vietnamese stir-fry noodles which are absolutely perfect with right amount of thickness. They are made of wheat flour which makes them health friendly too.
