Such a quick and easy recipe with tons of flavor - definitely don't forget to pair it with bread to sop up all the yummy pan juices!!!

I thought this recipe was amazing. I did it with frozen cod my first time and used fresh ingredients otherwise. Be sure to be generous with the salt for great flavor. I served mine over reheated pasta. Can't wait to get a big, fresh cod and share it with my husband.
