- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (alcohol free, I use Medicine Flower Vanilla, 2 drops)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/3 cup gluten-free oats (rolled, no need to cook these!)
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
