    I added 2 cups sliced mushrooms and 1 cup red wine instead of ginger ale and 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup beef stock over egg noodles. Also reduced size for 2 people and 2 hrs was great at 325. Will make for company......that says a lot.

    It was great...I only used 1 pd of stew meat making it very salty...my bad...but flavor was great and will make again...thank you !
