Used 2 pounds of ground chicken and skipped the tabasco sauce, followed everything else as written. Made a lot and good as leftovers as well.

We all liked it, including my wife and 16 month old son. Didn't use the Tabasco in it because of toddler eating it. We added some to our own portions after the cooking was done. It was simple and didn't take too long to make. Good meal, and good as leftovers.

This is a great, quick, filling, healthy dish. I used canned chunk chicken because I was in a time crunch and didn't have any fresh chicken breast on hand and I added 2 oz chopped green chilies. Good stuff.
