- 1 tsp. garlic paste (or grated garlic)
- 1 tsp. ginger paste (grated ginger)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion (red/white, or shallots)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (or red, or shimla mirch or capsicum)
- 1/2 cup spring onions (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 2 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sauce (green or red chilly)
- 1 tsp. honey (or sugar or agave)
- 2 tsp. tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. rice flour
- salt (to taste*)

- 1 handful spring onions (of chopped, green part for garnish, optional)
