- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 3 cups corn flakes (crushed)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Brush chicken with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, then evenly coat with corn flakes. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
- VARIATIONS:For a SALSA-FRIED CHICKEN: blend 1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder with mayonnaise. Prepare as above.
- Stuffing-Fried Chicken...Substitute 3 cups your favorite stuffing cubes for corn flakes. Prepare as above.
