I made this BUT .... as I was prepping other stuff I let it rise about 45 mins. then placed in baking pans and let rise another 15-20. pre-baked it a little before topping but it made THE BEST deep dish. no lie - it was inch and a half thick and delicious ! I've tried about a dozen pizza dough recipes that didn't taste like much but this was GREAT. THANKS
