I found this casserole to be very dry and overcooked. It definitely needs more broth and less cook time. The rice was overcooked on the edges and crunchy. I followed the directions exactly. My chicken was overcooked and the rice was dry. Next time I’ll cook less and add more liquid.

This dish was incredibly quick to prepare( it does take a little over an hour to cook), and incredibly easy to make. With that being said, I substituted chicken breasts for chicken thighs, and seasoned to my preference.
This recipe was a family favorite and uses ingredients a majority of people have in their pantry! Highly recommend!
