I've made this recipe multiple times, it's a favorite in our house. Great seasoning, perfect crispiness of the skin, and the meat stays juicy.

it came out very good, crispy, juicy and tasty. I made it with about 2 lbs of chicken and there was barely enough coating so I'd suggest doubling that if you are indeed using 4 lbs as the recipe suggests. To make it keto i used a dip of butter and sour cream.

the skin is my favorite part. however with this recipe it was so gross I couldn't eat it.

it was tasty! i added my own flavor but kept the baking powder and cooked the chicken a little longer and it turned out crispy and delicious

I would not make this again. I followed the recipe exactly and the finished product looked beautiful. The taste wasn’t great though! Way too salty and their was a weird powdery taste to it. I love the idea of using a cookie sheet to bake chicken in my oven but the baking powder and salt was way too much.

delish! my boyfriend inhaled these within a matter of minutes. i served with buttermilk biscuits and cucumber/basil/tomato/green pepper/salt/pepper/lemon juice salad. will make again. fast n easy.

This is my go to recipe for chicken thighs. The flavor is amazing and the crispy skin is addictive.

turned out great. I used my oun seasonig + baking powder. the crisp texture of the skin with my fav seasonig ...I did not miss the carb texture ( flour coated) or crunch at all 😎

Unusual flavor-but good. I have made it three times. It is a recipe I go back to quite often.
