It wasn't bad, except that it stuck to the bottom and took longer than it said it would and was slightly doughy in places. I also couldn't find the marinated olives it called for so used Spanish olives, more garlic powder and about a dozen very small garlic cloves instead. Next time I'll allow more time to bake and do something about the sticking.

I skipped the olives ! I used fresh garlic cloves minced, added italian seasoning to the dough and 1\4 c olive oil . Before baking i pored about 1\8 c olive oil in my pan ....enough to coat nicely. I did brush the top of loaf with olive oil and sprinkled Italian seasoning and fresh ground pink Himalayan sea salt before putting in oven Bread baked beautifully in oven. Wonderful crispy crust and a fragrance to crave! Try this bread! I made in my kitchen aid though and rose the dough in the mixer bowl covered. So technically i kneaded
