This is my new GO TO crust!! It is so easy to make (my 12 year old son made the dough)! It also takes so much less time and effort than the previous recipe I used. It is so light and fluffy!

WOW. This is my first homemade pizza crust and this recipe is a keeper! Makes 5 small and can be refrigerated, so we had a couple nights to practice. First one I pressed too thin but it was still delish. Second one I left thicker and I AM SOLD. Will make again (and again and again). Thanks!

The author states she had to make this crust eight times before she could recommend it, and I can see why. It is hard to get the hang of shaping it, but it does taste very good! I got five pizzas out of this (about dinner plate sized).

It was delicious!!! and so easy!!! I added a garlic butter glaze to the edge for a nice golden appearance and slightly different taste.

Simple recipe with delicious results. The only reason it has 4stars instead of five is because the dough is hard to manipulate immediately. After the yeast has finished its job the dough is very sticky and almost like liquid...that being said it bakes quickly. You will have dinner in no time. Don't forget to create a barrier to prevent sticking.
