I'm new to the bread-making world, but I think these were pretty easy, relatively. I made them using molasses and the color is beautiful. I had to leave before they were ready, as the time it says they'll take is shorter than the actual time if you include rising time and newbie slowness. They ended up with a slight alcohol flavor from the extra rise time, but still yummy! Thanks!
