it wasnt great ...recipe is incorrect .. the amount of flour is wrong had to add way more flour ... flavor not great

Amazing was a bit wet, used a 1/4c more flour. Also substituted lemon juice for ACV, and molasses for honey. My flour was tapioca, chickpea, and sourgum, with xanthium gum 1tsp per cup. Amazing. Didn’t need more then five minutes uncovered before it was done! Beat soft sandwich bread next day, artisan bread style same day! Was good with cheese fondue.
