I guess mine was too wet, I had too much trouble making the ball. Once ready, it was really good though

Amazing 😆 I love the smell of fresh bread baking in the house. This takes time but it worth it.

Turned out amazing with every add in. I like roasted garlic/rosemary, spicy Jalapeño, and cranberry/walnut add ins. A little bit goes long way. Be careful with adding too much because it weighs down the dough and won’t rise very well
